How we handle your information
We keep only what the order and the delivery genuinely need. It stays on the shop's own computer, it is not shipped anywhere, and you can always ask us to correct it or delete it.

What we collect
- Your LINE display name, so we address you correctly and hand the order to the right person
- Phone number, company, tax id and delivery address you give us, for the invoice and for the delivery run
- Order details such as box count, the dishes you pick, and the date and time you want delivery
- Your messages in the LINE chat, so the team can answer your questions without making you repeat them
- Details you type into the website form (if you use it), such as name, phone and headcount
We do not store your payment details, we never ask for a card number, and we do not collect anything unrelated to your order.
How long we keep it
The information we need for an order stays until that order is finished and closed. Older conversations are removed once they reach 24 months, unless you ask us to keep them longer because you still need them for reference.
The shop's own transaction history (who ordered what, when) is kept for bookkeeping checks. It does not carry your name, phone number or message text.
Who can see it
Only the EED HALAL team members who need the details to deliver and to issue the invoice. Everyone who opens the back office has to enter a password first.
- The database lives on the shop's own computer. It is not uploaded to a cloud service.
- Identifying details (phone, company, tax id, address) are encrypted in the database, so even someone who opens the database file cannot read them.
- Backups that leave the machine are encrypted as well.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information once it is no longer needed
- Withdraw your consent for LINE or email updates
Call the shop on 02-652-0580, message us on LINE, or write to order@eedhalal.com and say whether you want a copy, a correction or a deletion. We will act within 30 days and confirm by phone or LINE, whichever suits you.
Deleting your details means we can no longer reach you about an order that is still open, so we keep the data of a running order until it is finished.
