One hundred guests is our standard buffet size — large enough to need a staffed line, small enough that the budget is usually approved by one person. This article breaks down what each budget tier actually covers, so you can brief your manager with real numbers instead of a rough guess.

What Does a Halal Buffet for 100 People Cost?

Budget per guest What you get Total for 100 guests
180 baht 5-6 categories plus a staffed buffet line 18,000 baht
250 baht 7-8 categories plus a fuller service team 25,000 baht
350 baht The full 7 categories plus premium desserts 35,000 baht

These totals are food and service. Delivery and any venue costs are quoted separately, because they depend on your distance and your event layout.

What Are the 7 Buffet Categories?

A halal buffet line is built from seven categories: stir-fry, fried dishes, curry, soup, Indonesian dishes (choose 2), drinks (choose 2), cold desserts, sweet desserts (choose 4), and fruit. You can pick one or two dishes per category, or just give us your budget and let the team build the set to match it.

Most 100-guest events land on either the 180 or 250 baht tier. The 350 baht tier is worth it when the event is client-facing or when you want the line to look noticeably more generous.

PLANNING AHEAD

Our buffet lead time is 7 days, and 7-14 days gives us comfortable room for a larger event. Please send your quotation request at least a week before the date. We are not VAT registered, so we issue a quotation and a regular receipt rather than a tax invoice — we will confirm this in writing so your finance team has it on file before you commit.

How to Request a Quotation

Send us your headcount, your budget per guest, and your event date and location. We will come back with a written quotation, usually within 15 minutes, including the buffet line team so you can see exactly what is included in the total.

Not sure which tier fits your event? Describe the occasion and your venue, and we will recommend one rather than sending you a price list to decode on your own.

Summary

For 100 guests, a halal buffet starts at 200 baht per guest and realistically lands between 18,000 and 35,000 baht depending on how many of the 7 categories you take and how much service you want on the line. The 180 baht tier covers 5-6 categories with a staffed line, the 250 baht tier covers 7-8 with a fuller team, and the 350 baht tier adds premium desserts.

Book 7-14 days ahead, tell us your headcount, budget, and date, and we will send a written quotation within 15 minutes.
