If you are planning a coffee break, a training day, or a small company event for 50 people, the first question is almost always the same: how much does it cost, and what do we actually get at that price? This article lays out the three budgets most organizations choose between, so you can pick one and know what to expect before you ask for a quote.

Fifty people is one of the most common Snack Box sizes we handle. It is small enough that the budget usually comes from a training or event allowance rather than a full catering account, which is why the difference between 40 and 60 baht per box matters more here than it would for a 200-person seminar.

What Does Each Budget Buy for 50 People?

Budget per box What you get Total for 50 people
40 baht One snack plus a drink or fruit 2,000 baht
50 baht One snack plus a drink and fruit or sweets 2,500 baht
60 baht Two snacks plus a drink 3,000 baht

If your budget does not land exactly on one of these three, tell us the number anyway. We build the set around your total rather than forcing you into a fixed package.

Why 50 Boxes Is the Minimum That Makes Sense

Our Snack Box minimum is 30 boxes, and ordering 50 is comfortable for two reasons. First, the price per box is at its lowest at this quantity, so the event stays cheap per guest. Second, delivery cost depends on both distance and order size — a 50-box order spreads that cost across more people than a smaller one would.

Planning a coffee break for fewer than 30 people? Message us on LINE and we will look at it as a special case. Smaller orders are possible, they simply do not get the same per-box price.

ABOUT DELIVERY FEES

We are not VAT registered, so we issue a quotation and a regular receipt rather than a tax invoice. Delivery is quoted separately because it depends on your distance and order quantity — tell us both and we will include it in the quotation rather than adding a surprise line later.

How to Request a Quote

Send us three things on LINE and we will send back a written quotation, usually within 15 minutes:

  • How many people you are feeding (for example, 50)
  • Your budget per box (40, 50, or 60 baht — or your own number)
  • Your event date and delivery location

That is enough for us to send a quotation you can take straight to whoever approves the spending. If you need a copy of our halal certificate for internal paperwork, we can send that with the quotation too.

Summary

For 50 people, a halal Snack Box starts at 40 baht per box with a 30-box minimum. That gives you a drink or fruit with one snack for about 2,000 baht, rising to 2,500 baht for a fuller set and 3,000 baht when you want two snacks per person. Delivery is quoted separately based on distance and quantity, and we are not VAT registered, so you receive a quotation and a regular receipt.

Tell us your headcount, your budget per box, and your date — we will send a written quotation within 15 minutes.
